Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of La Marque, Texas will conduct a Regular Meeting on June 13, 2022, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at 1109-B Bayou Road La Marque, Texas as well as via videoconference hosted through Zoom ( https://zoom.us/j/92493940502 ). In accordance with Section 551.127(b) of the Texas Local Government Code the presiding officer and a quorum of the La Marque City Council intend to be and will be physically present at 1109-B Bayou Road, La Marque, Texas. This location will be open to the public and the meeting will be broadcast at this location, on Channel 16, and via YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6G8ypjyEDo).
The Council will meet for the purposes of the following agenda:
Recognition of City Staff who completed the CPM Program at University of Houston
Introduction of residents selected for annual Summer Internship
Rhonda Mitchell (Homeownership Director) and Georgia Barzilay (SETH Board Member, City of La Marque Representative)
monthly update of Public Safety Building status from McLemore Luong and the Public Safety Building Committee

Comments from the public will be heard at this time. Any person with city-related business who has signed up to speak may speak to Council. authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Everette B. Penn to produce a La Marque Police Department Manpower Analysis Report
Ratifying an emergency expenditure to Atlas Copco for the cost of repairs to the blowers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $55,460.95
authorizing City Manger to execute an agreement with Workforce Solutions to assist with staffing needs
authorizing City Manager to execute a Debris Management agreement extension
appointments, reappointments, or removals of all City Boards and Commissions
