Amending Appendix A, Schedule of Fees and Charges of the Code of Ordinances, City of La Marque, Texas by amending prescribing solid waste charges

Unless otherwise specified, the City Manager is authorized to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney.

Authorizing an application to the GameTime Parks Grant for Playground Equipment as recommended by the Parks Board 

declaring the results of the La Marque Mayoral Recall Election held for any by the Galveston County Elections Division on November 8, 2022, the canvass of the votes pursuant to the Texas Election Code

Authorizing an advance funding agreement between the City of La Marque, Texas, and the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT)

Ratifying work authorization and Purchase Order issuance to Precision Pump Premium Pump Systems in the amount of $49,956.00

Approving Adico, LLC to provide professional engineering services for design, bidding and construction phase services for FM 1765 New Waterline Construction in the amount of $313,083

appointments, reappointments, or removals of all City Boards and Commissions

Discussion regarding revising Ordinance No. O-2022-0004, Establishing a policy for appointments to boards, commissions, and committees of the City of La Marque Code of Ordinances, and providing an effective date

Additional items to bring awareness to Council and the Community as well as future agenda item requests are accepted at this time.
