According to the US National Weather Service Houston-Galveston, a Hard Freeze Warning, a Wind Chill Advisory and a Winter Weather Advisory are all in effect across Southeast Texas until 10:00 a.m. Some roads remain icy from yesterday's event and traveling is highly discouraged until conditions improve later this morning or this afternoon.
