A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for the area in anticipation of the line of strong thunderstorms that will slowly move through the area this evening through Wednesday morning. Generally, 2 to 4 inches of rain will fall by Wednesday morning, with isolated spots of 6 to 8 inches possible if the thunderstorms continue to fall over the same area.
The Flash Flood Watch is in effect from 7pm this evening through 7am Wednesday morning. Please continue to monitor the forecast and be prepared to take action should a Flash Flood Warning be issued for your location.
