STORM UPDATE 1:10 PM Sept 13, 2021

Due to forecast rainfall and potential flooding, the City of La Marque's non-emergency offices were closed effective noon on Monday, September 13, 2021. Offices will remain closed on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. The closure allows our employees to safely make preparations and take care of their families at home.

Although City buildings are closed, Emergency Management, Police, Fire and Public Works are still working and will continue throughout the storm.

The City Council Meeting and Public Hearing scheduled for tonight have been postponed. Please check the Agenda Center on the City website for information. Municipal Court is canceled, as well.

Today is the due date for water bills. If you have not paid your water bill, you can pay online or drop it off in the night box.  We ask citizens to avoid road travel if at all possible. An extension will be granted until we return and can take in-person payments.
