[8/23/2023 9:30AM] UPDATE:

La Marque, TX [8/23/2023] — The City of La Marque is committed to providing reliable and efficient water services to its residents. In an effort to enhance water infrastructure management and address concerns related to low water pressure and leaks, the city is encouraging all residents to participate in its water conservation and maintenance initiatives.

We understand the importance of maintaining a reliable and efficient water supply system for our community. The water system is currently restored and maintained at   50 psi, out of a regular system pressure of 55 psi. In order to address issues related to low water pressure and leaks promptly, the City of La Marque encourages all residents to actively participate in our efforts to conserve water and maintain the integrity of our water infrastructure.

Reporting Made Easy

Residents are urged to promptly report any instances of low water pressure or suspected leaks to the city's dedicated Public Works department. To facilitate this process, the city has established a dedicated hotline: 409-938-9280. This hotline has been expressly set to receive reports related to water-related issues, ensuring a streamlined and efficient communication channel.

How to Report

  • Call the hotline: To report low water pressure leaks or suspected leaks, residents can call 409-938-9280. Trained staff at the Public Works department will be available to assist with inquiries and gather the necessary information.
  • Provide details: When reporting an issue, residents are encouraged to offer as much detailed information as possible. This includes specifying the location of the issue, nearby landmarks, and any observations or concerns related to the problem.
  • Share contact information: To facilitate follow-up communication, residents are requested to provide a reliable contact number where they can be reached if additional information is required.
