Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of La Marque, Texas will conduct a Regular Meeting on June 13, 2022, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at 1109-B Bayou Road La Marque, Texas as well as via videoconference hosted through Zoom ( https://zoom.us/j/92493940502 ). In accordance with Section 551.127(b) of the Texas Local Government Code the presiding officer and a quorum of the La Marque City Council intend to be and will be physically present at 1109-B Bayou Road, La Marque, Texas. This location will be open to the public and the meeting will be broadcast at this location, on Channel 16, and via YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6G8ypjyEDo).

amending Section 2-181 of the La Marque City Code of Ordinances to reduce City Manager spending approval rate from $50,000 to $25,000 THIS IS THE FIRST READING

RESOLUTIONS- CONSENT

The following items shall be considered for action as a whole unless one or more Councilmembers objects. Unless otherwise specified the City Manager is authorized to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney.

authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Everette B. Penn to produce a La Marque Police Department Manpower Analysis Report

Resolution No. R-2022-0030

Ratifying an emergency expenditure to Atlas Copco for the cost of repairs to the blowers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $55,460.95

authorizing City Manger to execute an agreement with Workforce Solutions to assist with staffing needs
