The Public Works Department would like to inform the citizens that they are working closely with TXDOT and their contractors on the IH 45 expansion project. With that, valve check and maintenance is a requirement for the project. On Friday, February 10, 2022, the City of La Marque Public Works Department will be conducting scheduled valve checks and maintenance on the water lines from mid-morning to late afternoon. Water will be turned off intermittently which may result in service interruptions for some citizens. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences, but know that they are working to minimize impact on the infrastructure as well as the citizens of La Marque.
